Catching Up......Circle Line Cruise ....

Abby and Beth are now headed back to Virginia.  We had 2 beautiful days of weather for their visit.  Today, not so good, but we still squeezed in a little fun before they had to be at Penn Station for their departure. In the next few days I will try to catch up on some of our activities around the city.

Subway Ride

Our first outing was to the Circle Line for a trip to see the Statue of Liberty.  While I was snapping photos in the subway... (the rest of the group mortified....) a nice fellow traveler offered to take a photo of the whole group. We have run into MOSTLY fabulously friendly New Yorkers. (Notable exceptions at a Mc Donald's within Macy's today!_

Then it was time to decompress....
